A huge welcome back to the new Year 4s this year! We hope you've all had a lovely summer and Mrs Cousins, Miss Wilson, Mrs Manning, Miss Walker and Miss Newton are all very excited to see you.

Our thematic unit this term is called 'Make some noise!' and we will be learning all about sound and how we hear sounds, and also learning to code in our computing lessons! Our first book is about a boy that goes to stay with his Grandparents in Tobago; this is a great book where we get to find out all about living on a Caribbean island! 

We have some very exciting learning planned for this year so get ready for a fun-filled year! See you all on Monday!

Important information:

- PE this term will be on a THURSDAY. Please could children come to school in the correct kit.

- Top Up PE will take place on a WEDNESDAY. Please could children come to school in uniform and appropriate trainers.

- Term begins on MONDAY 4th SEPTEMBER. Come to your new classrooms (the ones that you were in on transition days last year) between 8:30 - 8:45.
