This week has been a busy, yet exiting week for reception.

We have been learning how to half a shape in maths and enjoyed reading 'Pirates love underpants' for our topic lesson. 

On Thursday morning, we went to our new classrooms and spent time getting to know the adults and our new environment. The children thoroughly enjoyed being 'year 1's' for the day!

Team Royal went to the beach and what a success! They all behaved so well and had the most wonderful time exploring the beach. 

REMINDERS:

- Sports day is now the Monday 19th July at 1:45. 

-We have another transition morning on Thursday 15th July and the children will be spending the morning in their new classes (please come to reception classes for drop off)

-Please do not bring in toys or items from home into school.

- Team Indigo will be having their beach trip on Wednesday 14th of July weather permitting.
