Today we read the story of Sally the Snail. Sally wanted to reach the other side of the garden and challenged herself even though she knew it would be a difficult journey. After reading the story, we each had our own Sally picture and demonstrated our knowledge of positional language in the outside learning environment. We moved Sally over, under, above, behind, in-front and next to objects on her journey to the other side of the garden.
