Tuesday 30th June
Good morning to you all! We hope you are all feeling fresh and ready for some fabulous learning! Even though Mrs Gale and Mr Abel are back teaching, they would still love to hear from you about the brilliant learning that you are completing so keep emailing them! Mr Lamprell would also love to hear from you (m.lamprell@chiltonprimary.co.uk) - email him with any questions regarding the work and messages about the work you've been completing!
English/GR - Recap your understanding of the story read yesterday: 'The Impossibly Possible Bookshop'. In the story, the writer described several settings to help 'paint a picture' for the reader. Your task today will involve you producing a piece of descriptive writing about a character being transported into a different setting - to summarise your writing you can even draw a picture that reflects the descriptive language you've used.
Maths - Today's Maths builds on the knowledge that you learnt yesterday and explores some reasoning questions focusing on identifying angles. Use your learning and resource from yesterday to support, if needed.
SPaG - A reminder that your SPaG focus this week is 'Standard English' and Y3/4 spelling words - these activities are to be completed throughout the week!
Afternoon Activities - Thank you to some who have been emailing me their excellent creative learning! Please continue to complete your wider curriculum activities across the week :-)
The Padlet - Shout outs!
